• Standard delivery in 3–7 business days; freight items (mowers, zero-turns) are scheduled with a carrier.
• Orders ship from U.S. warehouses; tracking is emailed once your order leaves the facility.

Returns

• 30-day return window on unused items in original packaging.
• Start a return from your account or via our support team.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.
• Powered equipment that has had fuel or oil added cannot be returned for safety reasons — contact support for warranty service instead.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost.
